Overwhelmed

I overwhelm myself thinking of others a lot. Like since my friend Joe's cancer came back, I worry about him. I'm scared bc I have never had anyone close to me suffer from cancer. I keep thinking, I'm all snug in my bed and Joe is in an awful hospital bed, how fair is that?! I'm sick with a cold and he is fighting for his LIFE!
I love my friends and I would do anything for any of them but all this worrying is taking a toll on me! I feel like if I stop worrying or stop comparing myself to them, I won't be a good friend.
God please help me and please save and heal my friend Joe!

Brunch with Santa

Well, we had our first brunch w/Santa today! The kids have been scared of Santa but today they actually STOOD by him for a pic! I was happy with that!
And I still cannot get either of my kids to tell me what they want lol SOO I hope they like what I did get them. They usually aren't picky w/mommy's gifts :)

December 2

The month of December is always CRAZY busy! I can't imagine what it will be like when the kids get older and more involved in activities! It will be fun though. Love my kids :)

It has been awhile!

I just learned that I can blog from my phone! So cool and I hope to keep up with this now.
We have 25 DAYS till Christmas! I'm SUPER excited about this! My kids are afraid of Santa but they are more than ready for some new toys! We went through their old toys about 2 weeks ago and I explained they would get new ones so they were so good with helping :)
We donated their old toys and we even bought some new ones and art supplies for the giving tree at church. I was amazed at how much the kids enjoyed picking things out for others. We did find some Angry Bird stickers lol they were only $1 so they got some for themselves lol Love my kids :)
