I overwhelm myself thinking of others a lot. Like since my friend Joe's cancer came back, I worry about him. I'm scared bc I have never had anyone close to me suffer from cancer. I keep thinking, I'm all snug in my bed and Joe is in an awful hospital bed, how fair is that?! I'm sick with a cold and he is fighting for his LIFE!
I love my friends and I would do anything for any of them but all this worrying is taking a toll on me! I feel like if I stop worrying or stop comparing myself to them, I won't be a good friend.
God please help me and please save and heal my friend Joe!

Brunch with Santa
Well, we had our first brunch w/Santa today! The kids have been scared of Santa but today they actually STOOD by him for a pic! I was happy with that!
And I still cannot get either of my kids to tell me what they want lol SOO I hope they like what I did get them. They usually aren't picky w/mommy's gifts :)

The month of December is always CRAZY busy! I can't imagine what it will be like when the kids get older and more involved in activities! It will be fun though. Love my kids :)

It has been awhile!
I just learned that I can blog from my phone! So cool and I hope to keep up with this now.
We have 25 DAYS till Christmas! I'm SUPER excited about this! My kids are afraid of Santa but they are more than ready for some new toys! We went through their old toys about 2 weeks ago and I explained they would get new ones so they were so good with helping :)
We donated their old toys and we even bought some new ones and art supplies for the giving tree at church. I was amazed at how much the kids enjoyed picking things out for others. We did find some Angry Bird stickers lol they were only $1 so they got some for themselves lol Love my kids :)

Toileteers!!
Cody is a Toileteer! It's a club for those who use the potty or is trying to use the potty! 8o)
I found a book at the kids sale last year called,When You've Got To Go!, and it talks about being in the club. I guess it has worked because Cody went poop in the potty today!! He hasn't went pee pee in his pants either so I am SOOO proud of him! I have promised him some ice cream after daddy comes home from work if he stays dry all day so I am HOPING it works!!!!!
Ok, so scratch the happiness....he just pooped his pants. How much poop do kids have??? GEESH!!!!!

Good/Bad Days
So I have had a little bit of an emotional couple days of both good and bad things. Let's start with a funny one. Cody has been going to Sunday School and LOVES it. He comes home telling me what he did and tries to explain the stories. (it's too cute) Well, when my dad went to get Cody from the class, he saw Cody with a little girl. Dad asked, who's that girl you were with? Cody replies, None of your business! hahahahhahahaaha I have NO idea where he heard that, unless he has heard me say it to Ted, but it is just hilarious! It's almost like we need to just not talk to each other around the kids so we won't slip up and say anything that he will remember and use..lol
So after he is home, he poops his pants, TWO TIMES. Why can't he do this when he is with my parents???? I feel like I am starting to loose my mind. I feel like I am going CRAZY with this potty training stuff. Will it EVER end???? I know when it is all over, I will look back and be like, awww that wasn't so bad, but I will be saying that because it IS over! Right now, I feel like running away till it's all done.
On to another cute story. I was putting Cody to bed the other night and was asking him questions about Sunday School. He admitted to me that he kissed that little girl! I was like, what?! What in the world is your daddy teaching you behind my back? LOL I asked him what his story was about in class that day. He told me, God. me- what about him? Cody-he's big mommy! and he had to go home. me- he was here? Cody-yeah, he was in my room, but he had to go home. he has a mail box. LOL
I told him that God never leaves you and he lives in your heart. I showed him where that is. So now when you ask him where God is, he points to his heart. It is just soo cute. 8o)
